Queen Of The South is one of the highest rated shows on TV as of now. Not only is it highly rated but its also highly addictive! When I first saw the show, I got addicted and watched the first season on Netflix within 1 day, and was caught up by the time the second season premiered.
Now that is in season 3, it’s starting to get really interesting. If you have seen the last season you should know that Teresa and Pote are on the run from Camilla, because Teresa killed Epifano in the cliffhanger of the season finale.
So season 3 starts with Teresa and Pote leaving Guerro behind because he didn’t get to the dock in time. Some may say that it is a good thing that Teresa left Guerro behind, and some may disagree. From what is shown they are living fine, and doing very well with the distribution.
Its also flips back to Camilla and her daughter Isabella. Camilla is allowing Isabella to marry Kieke, of the Jimenez family. Camilla is still working with Kernel even though he set her daughter up to get killed. But Camilla does not know, and as soon as it seems that Camilla and Kernel are on the same page, clips are both shown of them going behind each other back.
Camilla is trying to take back whats hers from the Jimenez Cartel, and Kernel is trying to get Camilla out of the picture. From the previous episodes, you should know that most things blow up in their face when they go behind each other back. Camilla also tracks down Teresa and tries to have her killed which is when James emerges back on the scene to save Teresa.
Camilla doesn’t like that Teresa’s product is spreading fastly, and she wants to stop it and her before it gets to the Mexcian border. Teresa seems to be calling the shots as well and even lures in a police officer to help her in getting her boats cleared to ship her product.
The episode ends off with Teresa running from the people who are trying to kill her. It’s very easy to predict that with this next episode she will get away and flee the country. But then again its Queen Of The South so we will never know.
