Millennials have a unique coping method that affects their self-esteem and perspective on life. They disguise their situation into a joke and make it seem like everything’s okay, but it’s a cry for help. The power comes from what is vocalize into the universe and the action behind it.
Your mind cannot tell the difference between a joke and how you feel. Eventually, the jokes become your reality on how you view yourself, creating insecurities you were not aware of.
The notable sayings are; “I’m going to be single forever, I’ll never get the job, No one will hire me, I will never be as successful as them, I will never be her size”, and for my entrepreneur readers, stop thinking no one will ever invest in your dreams. Changing your expression can impact your life, change toxic habits, and elevate you to the next level in your life.
Turn I can’t to I can and will
The optimistic people of the world never project negativity out loud and their success overshadows past troubles they went through to achieve it. Many people are apprehensive because they are scared of not succeeding and they roast their way into darkness.
The journey into your career cannot advance without failure and reconstruction. The darkness may be a sign to change how you approach your dream, but projecting that fear in any form will prolong the troubles. Any time you want to say you can’t do something, think about how amazing it would be to have everything you desire.
Love yourself before you search for it
I know it’s hard being single in this society filled with relationship goals and viral love, but one must look beyond the captions.
Reminder: No one post when their relationship is in trouble.
Many couples are not a reflection of their photos and we don’t know what happens before or after the photo is taken. The goals that people awe over is just an illusion created for envious reasons. Please allow yourself to grow and discover yourself.
That “I’ll be single forever” will make you more unhappy and unsettled in your skin. A healthy exercise is dating, praying over your soul-mate, trusting the process, and be thankful that past relationships did not work out.
Key takeaway: A Person is in your life for a reason or a season, either way, it will not be an L it will be a lesson for growing.

This section is targeted to anyone that just graduated, changed careers or is waiting on that promotion. Time is the biggest enemy and if you continually say how much you deserve the opportunity over the next person due to experience you’ll never get it.
Blessings come from positivity and trails, you have to put the work in, connect, and wait. But waiting and creating are also key.
Do not allow a small road bump to have control or limit your creativity, embrace the wait and free time. Soak in all the knowledge from those around you and always clap for everyone winning before you! You never know when you’re next. Comparison kills confidences and collaboration. The opportunity for the career you want may come from collaborating with someone you are competing against.
