Travis Scott and Spanish singer ROSALÍA have collaborated yet again with a new song “TKN,” released on May 28. This time around, both artists can be heard singing and rapping in Spanish throughout the track.
“TKN” brings out the boss mentality of trusting only a few and reaching that level of being a boss. Scott raps in English expressing his appreciation for a female’s curves claiming that she’s the boss woman. They come together to close out the song in Spanish singing, “Family things, don’t have to listen to ’em/ Bosses hang with bosses,” which can reflect on their memorable collaborations.
In the visual for “TKN,” children are shown roaming the city and making their way to the singer and rapper. We can also find them playing and dancing together as a family. They then become in-sync with each other and perform a choreographed dance, while surrounding the artists in different locations, from a house to a public park.
“TKN” is ROSALÍA’s latest single, but she’s not new to the Hip Hop scene. Scott and ROSALÍA have worked together before on Scott’s remix for “Highest In the Room,” where ROSALÍA sang the hook in Spanish, as well as her verse. The song is featured on Scott’s JACKBOYS album, which was released in 2019.
