Tupac Amaru Shakur’s legacy continues to live on twenty years after his death. He had a sound and fearless vibe like no other, and there are several rappers in the game today who’s careers have been influenced by the late, great legend.
In December 2016, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame announced multi-platinum rapper 2Pac made the cut, and will be one of the many musicians inducted into the 2017 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. His Death Row Records label mate, Snoop Dogg, will do the honors of welcoming the rapper to this year’s newest class.
The ceremony will take place at The Barclays Center in Brooklyn on April 7th. In case you weren’t able to snag tickets for the event, HBO’s camera crew will be in attendance, as they are already lined up edit the show and prepare it for air on television.
