The Game took to Instagram on Oct. 15 to announce that he will be dropping his final album titled Born To Rap, which has since been deleted from his account.
According to HipHopDX, The Game’s caption reads, “To my day 1 fans & those waiting on the album…. I know I’ve been quiet but I’ve been grinding, tightening up the album for a November release. In the process, I started @prolificrecordsla & I will drop my last studio album #Born2Rap on this imprint.”
He also mentioned in his post that some of his old merch will be available for his real fans to buy. The merch includes the Compton rapper’s The Documentary album cover with old photos of him. It even represents that the album was “diamond 10x platinum.”
The last single we received from the rapper was “West Side,” which was originally a single for the album Born To Rap, unfortunately, the album was delayed. A visual for the song was also released and stars Dave East and Jackie Long. From the previous post, the rapper revealed that we were expected to hear features by Ed Sheran, Dom Kennedy, Meek Mill, 21 Savage and more.
However, It’s a little suspicious why the rapper deleted the recent post from his Instagram account, but hopefully, we get another post regarding Born To Rap. It might be a sad moment for fans of The Game, but the Compton rapper might have something else in store.
