Telfar’s Breathtaking Performance
There was no better entrance last year than Telfar’s — a unisex brand established in 2005 by Telfar Clemens. Telfar’s exhibit not only consisted of high-end fashion and bright neon colors, but also included musical performances by legendary artists Selah Marley and Moses Sumney.
Ralph Lauren’s Surprise!
NYFW was not ready for Ralph Lauren’s jaw-dropping act. In one stage, Mr.Lauren arranged for 250 guests to be chauffeured from the inner city to Bedford Hills, New York, to view his latest clothing collection and his secret stash of the rarest car models in the world!
The Much Anticipated Savage x Fenty Line with a Twist
Rihanna changed the name of the fashion game by challenging standards, pushing beyond stereotypical narratives and having a model go into labor on the runway? Yes! you read right. Rihanna’s model, Slick Woods went into labor at the show and strutted her stuff until paramedics rushed her to the hospital to give birth to her baby boy.
The Cardi B & Nicki Minja Brawl
Everybody loves tea and last season we could not get enough of it thanks to Cardi B and Nicki Minja’s catfight at NYFW. The two rappers got into an altercation at the annual Harper’s Bazaar Icons Party. It was reported that shoes were tossed and Cardi B was thrown out of the event.
