It’s no secret that Kylie Jenner’s Cosmetic line has made her a billionaire and had taken off since it was released, selling over $800 million worth of makeup. Not only has she made enormous accomplishments with her makeup line, Forbes even called her the richest self-made woman in America.
But it doesn’t look like she has any plan to stop growing her empire anytime soon. According to Trademark Ninja back in October Kylie’s company put in an application to trademark Kylie Skin by Kylie Jenner and two for Kylie Skin. The brand basically covers everything in skincare such as moisturizers, toners, cleansers, face mask, oils, peels and many more.
She also filed a trademark for retail store services skin care products, skin care preparation products, and cosmetics. This had fans speculating about Kylie releasing a new skin care line or even a spa. As of today, it is still unknown if Kylie will actually release a skin care line or not.
Kylie has been receiving pushback from the U.S Patent and Trademark Office because they supposedly have an issue with the word “skin” in the lines name. They have asked Kylie to adjust the name and resubmit her application. Kylie has been given a grace period to resubmit her application but if the U.S. Patent and Trademark feels like it’s not done in a timely manner her application will be thrown out.
