It has been over a month since President Trump declared that Americans should self-quarantine and practice social distancing in the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, the 2020 Presidential Election is well underway as former U.S vice president Joe Biden is now the new Democratic nominee in this upcoming election after senator Bernie Sanders dropped out of the election and potentially endorsing Biden’s race to the White House.
Not only have politicians and news media outlets such as CNN & CBS’s Face The Nation been covering the presidential race, celebrities been voicing their opinions on the future of the United States.
One of those celebrities happens to be rapper and actress, Cardi B, as she had recently gotten on Instagram live with senator Sanders.
The Instagram live chat with Sanders happened this past Tuesday as Cardi expressed that her longtime support of Sanders caused her to not have any knowledge of what is Biden’s campaign.

Sanders then explained that regardless of whether he is in the presidential race or not, he is willing to support Biden and for Trump to no longer be in office.
Sanders also discussed with Cardi that he is working on the Biden campaign, citing policies such as canceling student debt and $15 minimum wage.
It is also important to note that the rapper also discussed the coronavirus pandemic and how President Trump deliberately blamed the Democratic Party for bad propaganda in order to ‘make him look bad.’
The Instagram live ended as it was interrupted before Sanders ,who dove a little bit more deep on his opinion of COVID-19. But overall, this was a great call, would you say?
