The nail spa is operated by sisters: Nam Nguyen, Jen Nguyen and Emily Bui. Before, they branched off into being owners of a nail salon they worked at ten different salons.

Nam Nguyen says, “This is a family business so everyone here is pretty much related.”
Vibrant Nail Bar is amongst 40 different stores but manages to stand out due to their perfected craft of dip powder nails.
“When we decided to open it, I said we have to do something that is different,” she continued to say, “We wanted to open up something with a day spa concept and make it relaxing.”
During the opening stages of the Vibrant Nail Bar, the crew introduced the dipping powder. The process of using the dip powder is outstanding! It dries instantly and seals in the color.
Additionally, this nail bar has every color, including glitter colors and in the dip powder. Nguyen reminisced on the times where the dip powder was not a perfected craft in the sister’s salon. The dip definitely brought in a huge crowd of loyal customers.

“The first 6 to 8 months is a learning process,” she continued to say, “We attended nail shows and we watched videos.”
It is extremely important for a nail salon to practice safe hygiene protocols to avoid fungi breakouts and other bacterial infections that can harm a clients’ feet, skin or hands.
The technicians use the pedicure liners and according to Nguyen, they will be upgrading to the disposable liners.
