Become Educated
To truly understand how and why it is important to support the Black lives Matter movement, we must educate ourselves on the topic and related topics. So read a book, watch a video, listen to a podcast, do anything to become more educated because no one can ever be too educated. Here are some great resources:

Educate others!
Once we become more educated on Breonna Taylor’s case and BLM it is important that we spread our knowledge on the less educated. Spread the resources that made you more educated, write about BLM, do anything to spread awareness.
Protest!
The biggest thing you can do right now for Breonna Taylor’s family to receive closure and justice is to protest, especially now after the trend. Most Instagram trends only last a few months and it is important to remember BLM is NOT a trend. The oppression of a group of people for hundreds of years is NOT a trend. Protest to bring awareness to Breonna Taylor’s death and BLM so that every Black person killed wrongfully by police brutality receives justice.
Support Black Businesses
If you can’t protest, the next best thing is to support black-owned businesses and businesses that donate to the BLM movement. These can be big box stores like Target and FUBU to small local businesses like a salon or restaurant.
