Week 3 of the BIG 3 took place at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It was another week of thrilling and competitive Basketball from some of the NBA’s former greats such as Chauncey Billups who continues to live up to his nickname with 4 point bucket after 4 point bucket. The BIG 3 also announced that on August 26th in the MGM Grand Garden Arena, they will host the BIG3 Championship Finals LIVE on Fox Sports 1 at 1:30pm PST/4:30pm EST. Something had to give in this matchup as both teams came in winless at 0-2. Chauncey Billups aka “Mr. Big Shot”, lived up to his moniker with a game high 21 pts and a clutch 4 point shot to put distance between his team and the Tri-State in the 51-44 victory over the Tri-State. Co-Captain, Stephen Jackson chipped in with 18 pts and former NBA rebounding specialist, Reggie Evans, contributed with his 12pts and 18 rebs boxscore line. The Killer 3’s big 3 [no pun intend] contributed for all the scoring for the team.

Game 4: Trilogy vs 3’s Company
Is it safe to say that Al Harrington and Rashad McCants are the Shaq and Kobe of the BIG 3 League ? Al Harrington put on a dominant display with his 18 pts on 7/10 shooting from the field and the Trilogy’s number 1 draft pick, Rashad McCants, chipped in and led all in scoring with 19 pts and shooting at a 50 % clip from the three point line in the Trilogy’s 50-42 victory over Allen Iverson and 3’s Company.
