DTRL hosts yet another successful CD Signing Event at Atlanta’s South Dekalb location on March 7th. This time we had the pleasure of covering Tory Lanez’s CD Signing for his latest album, “Memories Don’t Die.” Like always, fans came out to show their love and support for the artist. Tory Lanez showed his genuine love and appreciation back to each of his loyal fans who waited patiently to meet him. The event began at 5:00 pm and ended around 7:00 pm, shortly before his free show at Atlanta’s Masquerade venue.
Tory Lanez’s latest album is called, “Memories Don’t Die.” The project was released on March 2nd and it is projected to sell around 50,000 copies. With DTRL’s event, Tory should have been able to make a dent in sales. Fans were lined up before 5:00 pm waiting outside the door. No one was willing to leave without their own autographed copy of Tory Lanez’s newest album.
Without a doubt, Tory Lanez was able to reciprocate the right energy back to his loving fans. One of the highlights of the event was when a fan showed the rapper her tattoo made in homage to his album, “Memories Don’t Die”, with the album title on her right shoulder. Lanez goes up from her booth and gave her a hug. He then shared this with the rest of his fans on his Instagram. He took a picture with her while she began to cry tears of joy. It was very touching and the event was wrapped up smoothly.
