Summer Walker has released the highly anticipated music video for her single Playing Games.
The song was originally released on all streaming apps in late August and quickly became one of her most popular songs. Fans were more than happy when an extended version of the song was added to her recent album ‘Over it’. None other than the R&B guru, Bryson Tiller was featured on the updated version of ‘Playing Games’. Soon after dropping the album, the video for ‘Playing Games’ made its debut.
The hazy video features Summer Walker in a fuzzy pink tube top while singing seductively into the camera. She is dressed up and seems as if she is ready to go out, but instead, all of the men in the video come to her and she treats them in whatever way that she pleases. The first man is tied up and suspended in the air; meanwhile, she is spending her time lounging and talking on the phone.
The second man to appear in the video is strapped to a chair, with tape over his mouth. Summer goes on to treat all the men in the video as if they are disposable and she does not have a care as to how they feel at that moment.
Fans were looking forward to Tiller making an appearance in the video, but that was not fulfilled. By the time his verse arrives, Walker has decided that she does not want any of the men that have attempted to woo her and proceeds to play video games. She makes it clear that she doesn’t mind spending some time by herself.
