After numerous delays, Drake finally released his latest project, More Life and it seems to be living up to fans’ expectations. The album came out on Saturday, March 18th and was released on OVO Sound Radio along with, Apple Music, and other streaming services. More Life consists of 22 songs with guest appearances such as Kanye West, 2 Chainz, Travis Scott, Young Thug, Quavo and many others. The album contains heavy tropical vibes, UK features, and a list of stand-out lines Drake is mostly known for. Unlike other albums, Drake called this album more of a playlist. Collectively, the album did not necessarily have a continuing story throughout like “Views” did. The mood seems to change up throughout every song transition. Therefore, Drake’s description of his album seems to fit here.
Just like anything else Drake puts out, social media dedicated a whole day to the release of his album. The #MoreLife was trending #1 around the world, while the #Drake followed right after that.
