The wait is over! The final trailer of “Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker” has been released and was aired on Monday night during the Patriots vs Jets football game. The film is set to release on December 20 by Walt Disney Pictures.
The “Rise of the Skywalker” is the third segment of the Star Wars sequel, which launched in 2015 with “The Force Awakening” later, following 2017’s “The Last Jedi.” The runtime for the upcoming film is set to run for 2 hours and 35 minutes, according to the AMC Theaters showtime page, making it the longest Star Wars film.
According to Atom Tickets, “Rise of Skywalker” sold 45% more tickets during its first hours compare to “Avengers: Endgame” setting a new record for the company – selling 2.5 times more tickets than “The Last Jedi” back in October 2017.
Another enormous hit for Disney this holiday season, back with another sweeping, battle-based, space-opera classic. Making this the most anticipated movie of the fall/ winter holiday season.
