T.I. will return to the big screen this summer in the upcoming Marvel Studios film Ant-Man and the Wasp, but he will not stop there.
According to a report from Deadline, T.I. has already snatched up another acting role for a new musical drama, Glow Up.
Not only will he be starring in the drama, but he also scored the opportunity to co-produce the film alongside his producing partner Brian Sher, Robbie Brenner, producer of the Sundance award-winning film Burden, and PepsiCo’s Creators League, Kevin McKeon.
Glow Up follows the lives and struggles of an all-girl high school performance group at an underfunded Los Angeles United School District, who use their talents to try and save their financially-strapped music program by competing in a national singing competition in order to win a huge cash prize.
Will the girls have what it takes to save their school?
Stay tuned for the release date of the film, and be sure to catch T.I. in Ant-Man and the Wasp in theaters July 6th, 2018.
