Serena Williams and her daughter Olympia modeled for Stuart Weitzman’s Spring 2021 collection.
Williams is Stuart Weitzman’s global spokeswoman and is no stranger to the modeling world, however, this was 3-year-old Olympia’s first fashion campaign. When the opportunity came about to participate in the campaign, Williams knew her daughter would love the experience.
“Olympia and I have been spending so much time together. Olympia is trying on my shoes all the time, it’s so fun — she loves to try them on and we play in them,” said Williams to WWD.
So it’s no secret Olympia is following in her mom’s shoe loving footsteps.
“I have a red pair of Stuart Weitzman shoes that she loves and there is the new Lyla style with a toe ring in leopard print that’s one of her favorites,” said the tennis star.
The name for the campaign is Footsteps to Follow which is fitting given their similar personalities.
There are four new shoes in the collection. Williams can be seen wearing the black and white Norah boot which is styled with a white long sleeved dress that matches Olympia’s.

The mommy daughter duo also wore black matching catsuits paired with the Lyla 75 Sandal. While Olympia may not fit into the leopard print shoes yet, she still looks adorable.

Williams modeled the Lyla Flat Sandal and the Gala Lift Sandal solo. Both shoes were paired with black dresses and could be dressed up or down, which was the intent of the collection.
Stuart Weitman’s Global Head of Design, Edmundo Castillo said he created the collection with the goal of being “high-fashion” and “high-function.”
“I created this collection with an intentional, artful approach to design, engineering and craftsmanship,” said Castillo, “The styles offer a renewed and emboldened sense of functionality and fashion to elevate the casual elegance of the modern woman.”
