On Wednesday, January 20th, Joe Biden will be inaugurated as the United States 46th president. The event taking place at the US Capital in Washington D.C, calls for star-studded celebrations.
The National Anthem will be sung by Lady Gaga. The eleven time Grammy winner, shared on Twitter that she was “deeply honored” to be performing at the inauguration.

Actress and singer, Jennifer Lopez will also be performing.
Later that day, at 8:30 P.M ET, actor, Tom Hanks will host “Celebrating America,” a 90-minute prime-time special in honor of the inauguration.
“The program will highlight the strength of our democracy and our ability to come together during trying times and emerge stronger than ever before,” said the Biden Inaugural Committee.
It will also celebrate everyday heroes, like healthcare workers, frontline workers, teachers, and outstanding citizens.
Performances will be held by Foo Fighters, John Legend, Bruce Springsteen, Demi Lovato, Jon Bon Jovi, Justin Timberlake and Ant Clemons.

Timberlake and Clemons will be performing their song “Better Days,” which was written as encouragement for fans and the world to move forward and remain optimistic during recent and ongoing trying times.

Actresses, Eva Longoria and Kerry Washington will also make appearances in the program. Longoria describes inauguration day as “The day we’ve all been waiting for!”
“Celebrating America,” will air on ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC, and MSNBC. It will also be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video, Fox’s NewsNow, Microsoft Bing, AT&T, DirectTV, U-verse, and on the Biden Inaugural Committee’s YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook.
