Adults can all agree that life as a kid was simpler as one didn’t really have much to worry about. We had no bills, no responsibilities, and playing with our friends, eating, sleeping, along with homework were all we seemed to do or think of. However, we did a lot more in our leisure time than just that; we might have loved to paint, draw, or watch cartoons. Adults and children alike can agree that these 5 cartoons are all-time favorites:
SpongeBob SquarePants is a Nickelodeon original that premiered in 1999, it has been a family favorite ever since. The cartoon surrounds the life and adventures of a talking sea sponge named SpongeBob who lives in a pineapple in a little sea town called “Bikini Bottom.” Here he works in a fast-food restaurant owned by his boss Eugene Krabs aka Mr. Krabs, goes to boarding school operated by his teacher Mrs. Puff, takes care of his pet snail Gary, is neighbors, and coworkers with the gloomy Squidward Tentacles, and is also best friends with Patrick Star as well as Sandy Cheeks. The antagonist is Plankton who is Mr. Krabs’ nemesis and is the rival restaurant owner across the street from the fast-food restaurant operated by Mr. Krabs. SpongeBob has reached prominence as it is a show loved by children and adults alike all around the world, it is translated into several other languages, and it is undoubtedly as well as unarguably one of the best cartoons of all time! A majority of the characters are talking sea creatures, but there is a talking land animal: Sandy, and even a robot Plankton’s wife Karen.
