Following the news of LA rapper Nipsey Hussle’s tragic death — celebrities took to Instagram and Twitter to outpour their condolences on this unexpected passing. There is no doubt Nipsey will stay alive through his ability to spark change, powerful words of wisdom, and his music. Pop phenomenon and beauty guru Rihanna and producer Hitmaka, shared with fans a hint of a Rihanna and Nipsey song collaboration that was possibly in the works.
Hitmaka posted to Instagram on Wednesday the following:
Rihanna later took to her Instagram and reposted the photo. Along with the repost, Rihanna dedicated further posts to share her feelings toward the loved rappers passing.
This possible collaboration sent social media on a frenzy. Fans everywhere begged for the release, hoping that Nipsey was able to spit a few bars on it.
Although there has been no further comment on whether Nipsey was able to work on this track or not, fans are hoping that the acclaimed rapper left a few gems behind that can be released later on this year.
