Summer is back in session, so you know what that means. We have a full line up of projects that are scheduled to release during Summer 2018, such as Drake’s, Nicki Minaj’s, Kanye West’s, Wifisfuneral, and even Nas. Rich The Kid will also be adding his name onto the list this summer with another release, as well as a possible collaboration with Gucci Mane.
Rich The Kid fresh off of an album release, “The World Is Yours“, back on March 30th, it seems to be the artist has more cooking for us. He has announced a follow up mixtape to his “Rich Forever” series on July 13th. This mixtape will be including collaborations with Famous Dex and Jay Critch. But there seems to be more in store for us…
This past weekend, Rich The Kid shared a picture via Instagram of what appears to be on set of a video shoot. His photo featured Gucci Mane and RTK and captioned it, “Me x @laflare1017 album this summer?”
These news came to fans with a lot of excitement. Although Gucci Mane seems to have a full work load with his upcoming solo album, “The Evil Genius” and his collaboration project with Lil Yachty and Migos titled, “Glacier Boyz, and another possible collab with Wiz Khalifa, we won’t completely push this idea away.
These two artists are always keeping themselves busy whether it’s new albums, singles, or even features, we can at least know the thought of a collaboration between the two is not too far fetched. Especially with Hip-Hop today, collaboration tapes have more possible and more possible. With that being said, let’s keep our fingers crossed that one day Kendrick and J. Cole will one day deliver us the joint project they have been teasing since 2010!
