With the plethora of exquisite music that we’ve obtained in 2018, fans from all walks of life had become accustomed to receiving new music every couple of months. Some artists may release a hundred songs a month, while others prefer the quality over quantity method. As a result, Bryson Tiller has proved to the masses that he is one of the most talented singers in the game to date. His album Trap Soul opened up people’s eyes to his brand and his fans have been begging him and pleading with him to release music since.
With that, an album by Tiller was supposed to be on the way, but he announced that he pushed it back to make it as perfect as possible.
This past summer, Tiller teased a few dream collaborations for Serenity which is his upcoming body of work. The fans, although seemingly waiting very patiently for this; the project hasn’t even seen the light of day. Tiller took to Instagram to explain why the project hasn’t been released, saying that it would be delayed indefinitely. He said, “album delayed till I’m happy with it. I understand that people these days love to have music every four months but that’s just not how I work…” He further states that he wants to make this project as perfect for his fandom but also for his own peace of mind.
The fans will be waiting for this highly anticipated body of work as there’s no need to rush greatness.
