Who doesn’t love good food! When we go out to eat we just don’t say give me what you think I’ll like to the waitress! We’re in our second month of the new year and with a new year lets step out of our comfort zone and add a few new dishes to our palettes and try new things!
- Cauliflower: When the cauliflower steak came onto the scene last year everyone was all over it. Cauliflower has been used as a substitute for chicken (spicy, Buffalo Bite) and for flour (cauliflower pizza crust) This year expect veggies to be served with creativity!
- Sweet potato Chilli: Sweet potatoes, Black beans, hearty vegetables as veggies give chill flavor and texture and gorgeous color.
- Lightened up Shrimp and Grits: Traditional shrimp is loaded with fat but this version of the famous shrimp and grits dish cuts out fats and calories. The flavor of sweet, earthy smoked paprika to replace bacon bits.
- Vegan Beef Jerky: Not a lot of jerky comes in vegan style so I am sure the vegans in the world can enjoy this one! Coming in a range of flavors like Sweet Sriracha and sizzling Cajun.
