True Religion has made Bella Hadid the face of their latest Fall 2018 campaign last week. It looks like True Religion is trying to revamp their brand with one of the hottest supermodels of this generation!
“It was a great experience shooting an iconic denim campaign in Los Angeles. I grew up with True Religion and was excited to play a part of the brand’s next chapter,” says supermodel Hadid.
According to the brand, Hadid supposedly captures the essence of the bold women that wear True Religion jeans. So, what does this mean for the brand, which arose in the early 2000’s?
It will not come as a surprise to see that True Religion is the next trend from the 2000’s to resurface. Given the fact that 2000 trends like FILA, Champion, fanny packs, candy-colored aviators, and tracksuits have made a comeback.
A brand that has recieved the stigma for only being in every trap man’s closet is now trying to become mainstream once again. True Religion might owe super model Hadid a huge thanks for putting them back on plenty of fashion lovers’ radars.
