Bleacher Report and Mitchell & Ness have brought out another round of infamous NBA Remix collection, designed by a few rappers shedding light on their hometown teams.
The collaboration includes Dreamville’s Lute for the Charlotte Hornets, Outkast for Atlanta Hawks, A$AP Ferg for New York Knicks, Joey Bada$$ for Brooklyn Nets, Denzel Curry for Miami Heat, and Aminé for Portland Trailblazers.
These limited edition items feature jerseys, hats, t-shirts, basketball shorts, and hoodies with the NBA team logos placed on them. Each of them is individually designed to highlight the rappers’ touch to it.
For A$AP Ferg, his New York Knicks collection has a bucket hat with a 90s vibe to it, the Knicks mascot, stars, and “New York” sketched in different printing. His shirt and jersey hold the same style to it, with black as the base colors and orange, red, and green colors making a statement.
As for Brooklyn’s own Joey Bada$$, he decided to incorporate the Pro Era logo into his merch. The jersey and shorts featured an eye running down on one side combined with stars. It also included his Badmon name on the back of both the jersey and t-shirt.
Dreamville’s Lute showcases a staple for Charlotte Hornets, as it ties in his hometown and record label. The items feature a nod to Dreamville with a hornet in race car attire, holding a checkered flag while dribbling a basketball. The Dreamville logo is also proudly placed on every item.
The NBA remix collection is available on the Bleacher Report Shop. The prices range from $40 to $175. Some items are sold out, but there are still plenty of exclusives available.
