Tell Me Who I am is a documentary about a man who gets into a motorcycle accident and wakes up in a hospital without remembering his past memories. The movie begins with Alex Lewis, who does not remember anything about who he was, and who his relatives were. However, all the protagonist remembered was Marcus, his twin brother. When Alex returns with Marcus to his childhood home, he has so many questions he needs the answers to in order to understand his past.
