Although this concept is straight forward, conflictions arise in how to go about managing your time and connecting with people on the same path as you. 1) While you gain inspiration, give back
One of the simplest ways to do this is by joining a mentorship program where you get to work with younger people. In this, you can see and learn that many opportunities that are exposed to you, help you open your eyes to the creativity that you have, as well as others.
2) Make a Key Introduction
In this technological age, the members only societies in place for network cause a bit of a rift. The distance between A and B need to shorten. Because personal branding is key in society, who you know is even more essential. Since being in college, a lot of things arose which really had me searching for role models. A lot of non-profit organizations such as Together to Empower and the National Center for Women & Information Technology is a good start in connecting high school and college by inspiring them to get involved in their field little by little so the future becomes more apparent.

Always be confident in yourself and how far you’ve come on your educational journey and the contacts you’ve made along the way from entry level jobs to internships. This is just realizing that your worth is immensely important and noticeable to others.
